沟通是人与人之间互动过程的基本要素,是将信息、思想和情感在人与人之间、人与群体之间进行传递过程。护生在临床护理操作的过程中,由于种种因素,使护生操作质量受到影响,甚至使得动手的机会也越来越少。此时,如何通过于老师沟通,与患者沟通来拉近彼此关系,使彼此有了更进一步了解,增进相互的信任感,避免护理纠纷,使护生自身有更多的临床操作实践学习机会,获取更多的临床护理经验,提高自己临床能力具有重要的意义。

Communication is the basic elements of the interactive process,information,ideas and emotions from person to person,people and groups between processes.Nursing students in clinical care operation due to various factors,the quality of nursing students af ected or even makes the hands-on opportunities.At this point,how to communicate with the teacher,and communication to closer to each other,together providing information,promoting mutual trust,avoid dissension,the nursing students have more opportunity to learn the practice of clinical operations,gets more clinical nursing experience,enhance their clinical competence has important implications.
