临床护士核心能力现状调查及其影响因素的研究

Analysis of Factors Present Situation Investigation of Core Capability of Clinical Nurses and Influence

目的:通过我院临床护士核心能力的现状调查,探讨其影响因素,为制定针对性干预措施提供依据。方法应用中国注册护士核心能力量表对我院的245名临床护士进行核心能力的问卷调查。结果我院临床护士的核心能力得分均分为(2.24±0.94)分。护士的年龄、婚姻、护龄、学历、编制和技术职称均对核心能力评分存在影响,年龄是影响护士核心能力的最重要因素,但护龄、学历、编制各组之间对专业发展维度的比较没有统计学意义。结论我院临床护士的核心能力处于中等水平,尤其需要重视年轻护理人员核心能力的培养,以提高护理队伍的核心竞争力。

Objective To evaluate the present situation of core competence for nurses in my hospital and the influential factors in order to provide insight for appropriate intervention.Methods 245 nurses in my hospital were investigated by Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN).Results The average score of the core competencies of nurses in my hospital was 2.24±0.94.Age,marital status,retaining age,education,preparation and technical titles exist on the core competencies of nurses rated,Age is the most important factors af ecting nursing core competencies But between groups of nursing age,education,preparation for professional development dimension was not statistical y significant.Conclusion The core competency of the nurses in my hospital is in medium level.It was necessary to cultivate the core competence of nurses,especial y in the training of young nurses in order to improve the core competency of the whole nursing team.
