Investigation and Analysis of the Maternal Rooming in Demand

目的分析产妇对母婴同室需求。方法选择2013年6月在我院产科双人病区住院的146位产妇作为本研究调查对象进行问卷调查。结果产后适宜住院天数院生理产3~5d,剖宫产5~7d;58%产妇认为合适床护比为1:0.5以上。结论保障母婴安全,住院天数不宜继续缩短;增加护理人力,保证护理质量。

Objective To analyze the maternal of rooming in demand.Methods In 2013 June in our hospital 146 maternal obstetric double ward the research object of investigation.Results The postpartum hospitalization:physiological property for 3~5 days,5~7 days of cesarean section;58%women think that appropriate bed/nurse ratio is above 1:0.5.Conclusion The safety of mother and baby,days of hospitalization should not continue to shorten;increase the nursing manpower,ensure the quality of care.
