钻单孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的体会

Experience of Drilling Single Hole Drainage in the Treatment of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

目的探讨慢性硬膜下血肿钻单孔引流减少并发症的措施。方法对2006年1月~2014年3月用钻单孔引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿86例进行分析。结果本组病例中发生颅内积气13例,脑脊液漏1例,继发性颅内血肿1例。结论钻单孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿方法简单,创伤小,疗效显著,治愈率高,术中仔细操作,术后严密观察,发现问题及时处理,减少并发症的发生,提高治愈率。

Objective To investigate the single hole dril ing drainage in chronic subdural hematoma in the measures of reducing complications.Methods From 2006 to January March-2014 by dril ing bur hole and drainage for chronic subdural hematoma in 86 cases analysis.Results Intracranial pneumatosis occur ed in 13 cases in this group of cases,1 cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage,1 cases of secondary intracranial hematoma.Conclusion Dril ing single hole drainage in treating chronic subdural hematoma is simple,less trauma,obvious curative ef ect,high cure rate,intraoperative careful operation,postoperative close observation,found problems in a timely manner,to reduce the complications,improve the cure rate.
