探讨高校医院团体接种乙肝疫苗存在的主要问题分析及相应对策

大学校医院承担着基本医疗、预防保健和食品卫生监控等职能,预防保健工作是重中之重。每年有成千上万的学生从全国各地乃至于世界各地来到同一所大学,他们过着人口高度密集的集体生活,是多种传染疾病的易感人群,在高校学生中容易出现传染病的暴发流行,其中就包含在我国让人'谈虎色变'的乙型病毒性肝炎。虽然国家已将乙肝疫苗纳入婴幼儿计划免疫的免费接种疫苗范围,但成人乙肝疫苗暂未纳入免费项目,而乙肝疫苗的保护作用多数只能维持3~5年,大学生可能是需要重新接种疫苗以获得保护的一个年龄段,校医院就主动承担接种乙肝疫苗的宣传和接种工作。
