护理人力资源管理与护士工作满意度之相关性及对策研究

摘要 护理人力资源管理是人力资源中的微观管理内容,分析当前我国护理人力资源的管理现状,不难发现还存在着诸多问题,例如:工作压力过大、人员不足、工作满意度低、队伍整体素质水平有待提高等。那么,如何及时有效的运用科学的管理模式解决这些问题,从而提高护士们的工作积极性与能动性,是每一名护理管理人员迫在眉睫的新课题。本文就当前国内医院护理人力资源管理以及护士工作的满意程度现状进行了分析,并提出了有效的完善措施,希望能够为我国护理人力资源的可持续发展提供更为坚实可靠的保障。 The nursing human resource management is the micro management content in human resources,analysis of the cur ent management status of nursing human resource in our country,it is not dif icult to find that there are many problems,for example:working pressure is too large,understaf ed,low job satisfaction,team needs to improve overal quality level,etc.So,how to timely and ef ective use of the scientific management model to solve these problems,so as to improve the nurses working enthusiasm and initiative,is each nursing management personnel imminent new topic.In this paper,and the cur ent domestic hospital nursing human resource management and nurses job satisfaction with the status quo are analyzed,and puts forward some measures for perfecting the ef ective,hope to be able to for our country the sustainable development of the nursing human resources to provide a more solid and reliable protection.
