Psychological Analysis and Nursing Intervention of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨心理分析和护理干预对脑梗塞患者三个病程阶段的影响。方法对160例脑梗塞患者三个病程阶段进行心理状态分析,采取有效沟通,适时的心理疏导,指导和支持患者重建心理平衡。结论心理护理干预可以改善脑梗塞患者的抑郁程度,积极配合治疗,降低致残率,提高患者的生存质量。对提高患者生活质量,减轻患者、家庭和社会负担,帮助患者树立治愈信念,都具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the psychological analysis and nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction and three stage.Methods The mental state analysis in 160 patients with cerebral infarction and three stage,ef ective communication,timely guidance and psychological counseling,support of patients with reconstruction of psychological balance.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve the degree of depression in patients with cerebral infarction,actively cooperate with the treatment,reduce the rate of disability,improve the quality of life of patients.To improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the burden of family and society,patients,help patients establish cure beliefs,al has the vital significance.
