摘要
目的探究对扁桃腺摘除术患者术前应用心理护理的临床效果。方法选自我院2010年~2012年收治经手术治疗的扁桃腺摘除术患者共100例,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者则接受针对性的心理护理干预措施。结果相对于对照组患者,观察组患者焦虑情绪状况更具有优越性,两者对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对扁桃腺摘除术患者应用针对性的心理护理干预措施,能够有效降低患者术前焦虑程度,有助于手术顺利完成,提高临床治疗有效率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of psychological nursing with application of preoperative patients of tonsil.Methods From our hospital in the years 2010-2012 treated by operation treatment tonsil enucleation in 100 cases,were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases.The control group were treated with routine nursing care,the patients in observation group received the psychological nursing intervention measures.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group patients anxiety condition is superior,both with statistical significance(<0.05)contrast.Conclusion The application of tonsils removed the patients according to the psychological nursing intervention measures,can ef ectively reduce the anxiety of patients before operation,can be completed in operation,improve clinical ef iciency,worthy of promotion.
