自制大蒜液吸入在COPD继发肺部真菌感染中的应用

Application of the Inhalation of Self-produced Garlic Solution on Secondary Pulmonary Fungal Infection from COPD

目的探讨大蒜液吸入在COPD继发肺部真菌感染中的应用及疗效观察。方法对2010年10月~2013年10月我院收治COPD继发肺部真菌感染患者中20例加用大蒜液吸入治疗与16例未用者(对照组)进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率85%,对照组总有效率62.5%,差异具有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论自制大蒜液吸入能有效提高COPD继发肺部真菌感染的治疗率。

Objective To discuss the application and treatment ef ect of inhalation of garlic solution on secondary pulmonary fungal infection from COPD.Methods To compare the 20 patients suf ering secondary pulmonary fungal infection from COPD treated by inhalation of garlic solution and 16 untreated patients(control group).Results The ef iciency of the treatment group is 85%and that of the control group is 62.5%.Conclusion Inhalation of self-produced garlic solution can significantly improve the treatment rate of secondary pulmonary fungal infection from COPD.
