用蒙药哈日嘎布日-10治疗胆热症的体会

Experience of Using Mongolian Hari Gaburi-10 Treatment of Biliary Fever

目的:探讨蒙医理论临床治疗胆热症的治疗效果。方法用药哈日嘎布日-10治疗胆热症67例患者。胆新热症(急性胆囊炎)因血希拉热偏盛用清希拉热邪原则,早,哈日嘎布日-10;午,阿拉坦阿如-5;晚,草乌十八味散用地丁独汤送服;1w为1疗程。胆陈热症(慢性胆囊炎)因巴达干希拉偏盛,用调理胃火之前提下,以清希拉热邪为原则,早,哈日嘎布日-10;午,毛勒日达布苏-4,用地丁五味汤送服;晚,古日古木-13。3w为1疗程。结果所有病历1年后随访未发现复发,效果显著。结论临床上我院配制的蒙药'哈日嘎布日-10'治疗胆热症(胆囊炎)效果明显,副作用小,临床上得到了良好的功效,受到众多胆热症患者的认可及反馈。

Objective To investigate the clinical medicine theory treatment of biliary fever treatment.Methods Medication Hari GA cloth day-10 treatment of biliary fever in 67 patients.Bile new fever(acute cholecystitis)due to blood heat piansheng Sheila Sheila heat evil principle,early,Hari GA cloth day-10;Wu,Al ah Tan,such as 5;later,were eighteen flavour scat ered with smal single take soup;1 weeks for 1 courses.Dan Chen fever(chronic cholecystitis)Hussein Ba Dagan Sheila partial Sheng,conditioning stomach fire under the prerequisite of the Qing emperor Sheila heat evil principle,early,Hari GA cloth day-10;Wu,Maurer,-4,with violet five taste soup delivery service;later,the ancient,ancient wood-13.3 weeks for 1 courses.Results Al cases after one year fol ow-up found no recur ence,ef ect.Conclusion The clinical prepared in our hospital of Mongolian medicine'Hari GA cloth day-10'in the treatment of biliary fever(cholecystitis)ef ect,lit le side ef ect,clinical and got good ef ect,by the large number of bile and accepted by patients and feedback.
