广州市儿童血红蛋白情况调查

Investigation on the Hb Level of Children in Guangzhou City

目的:了解广州市2~6岁儿童的血红蛋白(Hb)情况。方法对2000年~2010年4158例(男2110例,女2048例)2~6岁儿童Hb结果进行调查。结果平均Hb为125.92 g/L,平均贫血发生率为5.61%,分组显示4~5岁组Hb值明显低于其它年龄组,贫血发生率高于其它年龄组(<0.01)。结论要特别注意4~5岁儿童营养丰富均衡的饮食供给。

Objective To investigate the Hb level of 2-6-year-old children in Guangzhou.Methods From 2000 to 2010,4158 2-to-6-year-old children(2010 boys and 2048 girls)received Hb level inspection in our hospital.Results The average Hb level was 125.92g/L and the average incidence of anemia was 5.61%.Compared to other groups,4-5-year-old group had significant lower Hb level and higher incidence of anemia(<0.01).Conclusion Special at ention should be given to the providing of nutritious and balanced diet to 4-to-5-year old children.
