双排螺旋CT水造影检查对结直肠癌的诊断价值(附31例报告)

Double Row Helical CT Angiography Revealed Water Value to the Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer (Report of 31 cases)

目的:探讨双排螺旋CT探讨双排螺旋CT水造影检查技术诊断结直肠癌的研究价值及临床应用。方法从2012年10月~2013年10月来我院接受双排螺旋CT水造影检查技术的疑似结直肠癌患者中随机选取60例进行临床研究。结果疑似患者中有结直肠癌患者中31例(男18例,女13例),螺旋CT诊断结直肠癌的主要征象是平扫为肠腔内实质性肿块,肠壁局限性不规则增厚及肠腔非对称性狭窄等,增强为均匀或不均匀强化。分期的总符合率为67.6%。结论在临床应用中利用双排螺旋CT水造影检查技术诊断结直肠癌患者具有较高的临床价值,值得在临床上推广和使用。

Objective To explore the value and clinical application of double helical CT of multi-slice spiral CT angiography technique water in diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods Rrom 2012 October to 2013 from October to our hospital during the period of double helical CT water imaging technique of colorectal cancer patients were randomly selected 60 cases of clinical research.Results the suspected patients with colorectal cancer in 31 cases(male 18 cases,female 13 cases),the main signs of spiral CT in the diagnosis ofcolorectal cancer is plain for intraluminal nodules,intestinal wal localizedir egular thickening and lumen stenosis of non symmetry,enhancement for thehomogeneous or inhomogeneous enhancement.Staging the total coincidence rate is 67.6%.Conclusion The clinical value of double helical CT water imaging technique in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer patients with higher in clinical application,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
