双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症临床观察

Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets Clinical Observation of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in Adjuvant Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

目的:观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法在常规治疗基础上以双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄口服液口服治疗。结果治疗组治疗后日均降值高于对照组,且胆红素降至正常天数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative ef ect ofBifidobacterium Tetravaccinetablets combined withYinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods Based on conventionaltreatment with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tabletscombined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid in treatment of.Results In the treatment group were decreased aftertreatment was higher than the control group,and serum bilirubin decreased to the normal days than the control group,the dif erences were statistical y significant(<0.01).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Tetravaccinetablets combined with Yinzhihuang liquid in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia ef ect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
