300例健康体检者4年间肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA检测结果分析

Analysis of the Detection Result on 5 Tumor Markers of 300 Healthy Physical Examinees for 4 Years

目的:通过分析健康体检者4年中肿瘤标志物的结果,了解群体与个体之间存在的差异性,探索建立健康体检者个体肿瘤标志物(TM)动态变化范围的必要性。方法采用化学发光免疫技术检测甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)指标,运用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果群体差异大于个体差异,AFP个体差异为20%,群体差异为45%;CEA个体差异为22%,群体差异为68%。结论群体差异大于个体差异,因此处于参考值范围内,不一定就健康,建议健康人群定期体检,建立适合自身的参考值。

Objective Analyze the detection result on Tumor Markers of healthy physical examinees for 4 years,learn the dif erences between the groups and the individual and explore the necessity of the dynamic Tumor Markers(TM)change on the healthy physical examinee.Methods Adopt Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Technique to detect indicators on AFP,CEA,CA199,CA125,PSA and give the statistical analysis on these data with SPSS.Results The dif erences between groups are larger than the individual ones.The individual dif erences and the dif erences between groups of AFP and CEA are 20%&45%and 22%&68%respectively.The individual CV and groups CV of CA125,CA199 and PSA are 11%&65%,28%&120%,and 15%&131%respectively.Conclusion The dif erences between groups are larger than the individual ones.Therefore,the examinee may not be healthy even though its indicators are within the reference interval.It is suggested that healthy people should also take the physical examination regularly and set up their own reference figures.
