中西医结合保守治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Conservative Treatment of Appendicitis by Integrated TCM-WM

目的分析中西医结合保守治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的100例患者分为对照组和治疗组,并观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组和对照组患者的治愈率分别为76.67%和63.33%,两组比较>0.05,无统计学意义。另外,治疗组和对照组的复发率分别为14.0%和48.0%,两组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合保守治疗阑尾炎效果显著。

Objective To observe the Integrative Medicine clinical ef icacy of conservative treatment of appendicitis.Methods 100 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and observe the therapeutic ef ect of the two groups.Results The cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were76.67%and 63.33%(>0.05),no statistical significance.In addition,the recur ence rate of the treatment group and the control group were 14%and 48%(<0.05),the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion Integrative Medicine clinical ef icacy of conservative treatment of appendicitis is significant,and worthy of popularization.
