第二产程产妇双手抱腿法分娩体位的临床探讨

Clinical Study of the Second Stage of Labor Maternal Arms Delivery Position of the Leg

目的探讨第二产程中产妇双手抱腿法分娩体位对自然分娩的影响。方法将300例单胎、头位,无严重并发症及合并症的孕产妇随机分为两组各组150例。结果两组产妇是否存在有下肢酸麻症状、分娩方式、肩难产、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息等方面有显著差异(P<0.05、P<0.001)。结论第二产程中产妇双手抱腿法分娩体位减少了自然分娩后产妇有双下肢酸麻症状、肩难产、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息等方面围产期母婴并发的发生。

Objective To study the ef ect of the second stage of labor of women in both hands to hold the leg delivery position on natural childbirth.Methods 300 cases of singleton,cephalic,pregnant women were randomly divided into no severe complications of two groups with 150 patients in each group.There are significant dif erences between two groups.Results Whether there is a lower limb numbness symptoms,mode of delivery,shoulder dystocia,postpartum hemor hage,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia(<0.05,P<0.001).Conclusion Women in the second stage of labor were both hands to hold the leg delivery position reduces the natural childbirth after the double lower limb numbness symptoms,shoulder dystocia,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and perinatal complication.
