老年急性心肌梗塞为内科常见急症,起病急骤,变化迅速,常并发心衰、休克与心律失常,是心脏猝死的主要原因,治疗上应争分夺秒。密切观察患者的心前区症状及心率心律、血压、心电图等变化,绝对卧床休息,并稳定患者情绪等。现将护理体会介绍如下。
