不同院校医疗临床实习学生岗前培训相关效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinic Internship Training Effects between Students from Different Medical Universities

目的通过对不同学院临床实习学生岗前培训相关效果分析,分析改进培训内容方法,提高临床岗前培训质量。方法2012年8月,云南省第二人民医院为调查点,公办及民办两个学院实习同学为对象,横断面调查整群抽样,对参加过岗前培训学生进行问卷及访谈,收集培训对临床实习的意义,对熟悉医疗法规及医院管理制度,提高医患沟通技巧及消除对临床工作陌生感的作用等,Excel 2003建立数据库,SPSS17.0进行统计学分析。结果共调查112人。海源(民办)及大理学院(公立)分别有89.7%及83.9%的学生认为岗前培训对临床实习有意义(=0.122),94.8%及80.0%学生认为对熟悉医疗法规及医院制度有帮助(=0.018),46.5%及65.7%学生认为培训有助于医患沟通技巧(=0.02)。结论临床岗前培训对临床实习学生十分重要,民办及公立医学院学生对刚岗前培训意义有不同的认识。培训内容应该针对不同学院个体化。

Objective Through the dif erent col ege students internship training ef ect analysis,in order to improve the training content,methods and quality.Methods In 2012 August,Yunnan province No 2 people's Hospital as the investigation spots,public and civilian run two col ege interns as subject,cross-sectional study by cluster sampling,the questionnaire and interview participated in training students to col ect information as pre clinic internship training significance,the useful of familiar with the medical regulations and hospital management system,improve communication skil s and to eliminate the strangeness between interns and patients etc.Excel 2003 established database,the statistical analysis by SPSS17.0.Results A total of 112 people were investigated.89.7%and 83.9%Haiyuan(civilian run)and Dali University(public)students think that the training is significance respectively(=0.122).94.8%and 80%of the students think familiar with medical regulations and hospital system is helpfu(=0.018),46.5%and 65.7%of students think that the training helps interns-patient communication skil s(=0.02).Conclusion The pre clinic internship training for students is very important,students of civilian run and public col ege interns have dif erent understanding on the training ef orts.The training content should be tailored to dif erent background school interns.
