摘要
目的建立文冠木喷雾剂中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,通过紫外可见扫描确定最大吸收波长,以芦丁为对照品制定标准曲线,并进行样品溶液稳定性实验和方法回收率与重复性实验。结果最大吸收波长为500nm,标准曲线线性范围为10.520mg/L^63.120mg/L,则=0.9997。平均回收率为95.09%,RSD=1.61%,符合要求。结论该方法简单方便、准确可靠,可以用来进行文冠木喷雾剂中总黄酮的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids inXanthoceras sorbifolia spray.Methods Using UV spectrophotometry,UV Vis scanto determine the maximum absorption wavelength,with rutin as a standard to make the standard curve,and the sample solution stability experiment andrecovery rate and repeatability.Results The maximum absorption wavelength is 500nm,the linear range of standard curve is 10.520~63.120mg/L,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 95.09%,RSD=1.61%,meet the requirements.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,can be used for the determination of content of total flavonoids in Xanthoceras sorbifoliaspray.
