关于肠梗阻的临床治疗研究

About Clinical Studies in the Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction

目的:分析肠梗阻的临床治疗研究。方法选取我院收治的肠梗阻患者共70例,随机将其分成观察组和对照组各35例,其中对照组患者使用传统开腹手术进行治疗;观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间进行对比分析。结果与对照组患者相比,观察组患者术中出血量少,手术时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,(P<0.05)具备统计学意义。结论在对肠梗阻患者进行治疗的过程中,采用腹腔镜手术治疗,具有术中出血量少、住院时间短以及手术时间短等优点,且在临床治疗中效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical analysis in the treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods Select our hospital patients with intestinal obstruction in 70 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group,the observation group were treated by laparoscopic operation treatment,on the amount of bleeding,two groups of patients with operation time,hospitalization time were compared.Results Compared with the control group,observation group patients were in less bleeding,operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,(P<0.05)with statistical significance.Conclusion In the patients with intestinal obstruction treatment process,the treatment of laparoscopic operation,has less bleeding,shorter hospitalization time and operation time is short and other advantages,and its ef ect in clinical treatment significantly,it is worth to promote the use.
