腰椎定点旋转复位手法联合密集型银质针治疗腰椎后关节紊乱临床观察

Lumbar Fixed-point Rotation Reduction Technique Combined Intensive Silver Needle Therapy Disorders of Lumbar Posterior Joint Clinical Observation

目的:探讨腰椎定点旋转复位手法联合密集银质针治疗腰椎后关节紊乱的疗效。方法共选取腰椎后关节紊乱患者86例,随机抽样将观察病例分为腰椎定点旋转复位手法联合密集银质针治疗组43例,采用腰椎定点旋转复位手法联合密集银质针治疗,1次/w;单纯密集银质针对照组43例,采用单纯密集银质针治疗,1次/w,两组均4w为1疗程。并采用JOA下腰痛评分系统进行评分,比较年龄、性别、治疗前评估是否存在差异,确定可比性;治疗前后疗效对比,观察两组治疗效果差异。结果在临床研究中,根据统计学分析报告可得出以下的结果:①两组的均衡性两两比较在性别、年龄、病程、治疗前JOA评分(P>0.05)无统计学差异,两组病例两两比较具有可比性;②两组1个疗程后的疗效及JOA评分两两比较(P<0.05),存在统计学差异,且治疗组均优于对照组。结论腰椎定点旋转复位手法联合密集银质针治疗腰椎后关节紊乱的疗效优于单纯用腰椎定点旋转复位手法治疗,说明此联合疗法能明显改善腰椎后关节紊乱,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the lumbar fixed-point rotation reduction technique combined with dense silver needle treatment the curative ef ect of disorder of face joint of Ialmbar vertebrae.Methods 86 cases of patients with disorder of face joint of ialmbar vertebrae are selected,random sampling observation cases divided into fixed-point of lumbar manipation combined with dense silver needle treatment group 43 cases,lumbar fixed-point revolving reset technique with dense silver needle therapy,once a week;Simple dense silver needle in the control group 43 cases,with simple dense silver needle treatment,once a week,two groups were around for one course of treatment.Using JOA score low back pain score system,compare age,gender,assess whether there is any dif erence before treatment,determine comparability;Before and after treatment ef icacy,observe two groups of treatment ef ect dif erence.Results In clinical study,according to the statistical analysis can be obtained the fol owing results:(1)compare of two of two groups in gender,age,course,JOA score before treatment,has no statistical dif erences>0.05),two groups of cases two relatively comparable;(2)the curative ef ect of two groups after a period of treatment and the JOA score two comparison(<0.05),statistical dif erences,and the treatment group were superior to control group.Conclusion Lumbar fixed-point rotation reduction technique with dense silver needle therapy after lumbar articular disorders curative ef ect superior to simple treatment with fixed-point of lumbar manipation,shows the combination therapy can significantly improve disorder of face joint of ialmbar vertebrae worth clinical promotion.
