老年股骨颈骨折患者在手术中的护理探析

Analysis of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture Care in Surgery

目的:探析老年股骨颈骨折患者在手术中的护理方法和效果。方法搜集2012年10月~2013年10月我院接收的老年股骨颈骨折68例患者,随机分为甲组和乙组。对甲组34例和乙组34例进行相同的手术治疗,并对甲组手术中实施护理。观察甲组和乙组的临床效果,并对比。结果甲组并发症的发生率低于乙组,住院天数短于乙组,治疗舒适度高于乙组,差异较大,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折患者手术中护理效果较大,对提高治疗舒适度、减少手术并发症、缩短住院时间具有重要意义,值得推广。
