临床护理路径对提高门诊输液患者满意度的应用观察

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Path to Improve the Patients' Satisfaction

目的:通过观察门诊输液中临床护理路径的应用,探讨其利用价值、现实作用和意义。方法调动我院计划免疫科一部分医师和其他工作人员对2014年1月~6月在我院门诊输液的400例患者进行治疗满意度问卷调查。其中对照组200例患者为常规门诊输液,观察组200例患者均采用了临床护理路径进行门诊输液。比较两组患者的输液速率、医护人员满意度、对整个治疗过程的满意度以及患者对保健知识的掌握量等。结果观察组在输液速率、医护人员与患者满意度和患者医疗健康知识教育等多项指标上较对照组有明显优势。结论临床护理路径在门诊输液中的使用有很好的患者满意度,它在提升医疗服务质量的同时,普及医疗健康知识,具有推广的价值。

Objective To observe the application of clinical nursing pathway in outpatient transfusion,explore its use value and realistic significance.Methods To mobilize ourimmunization branch part of physicians and other staf on 2014 in January to June in 400 patients in our hospitaloutpatient infusion of treatment satisfaction questionnairesurvey.The control group of 200 patients to conventionaloutpatient infusion,the observation group 200 patients were treated with the clinical nursing pathway of outpatient infusion.Comparison of infusion rate,staf satisfaction,two groups of patients with the whole course of treatmentsatisfaction and patients on health care knowledgequantity.Results The observation group in a number of indicators of infusion rate,medical personnel and patient satisfaction and patient health education as compared with the control group have obvious advantages.Conclusion The use of clinical nursing path in the outpatient infusion has very good patient satisfaction,inimproving the quality of medical service at the same time,popularization of health knowledge,and has the value of popularization.
