副乳CT诊断探讨

Exploration of CT Diagnosis of Accessory Breasts

目的:探讨副乳CT表现,为临床手术提供必要的CT诊断与支持。方法对胸部副乳CT诊断均采用胸腹部轴位CT平扫,行纵隔窗观察。结果有明显副乳CT征象患者共计112例,无明显副乳CT表现患者共8例。确诊率可达93%以上。结论 CT对副乳诊断具有重要意义,并能对临床手术范围提供重要依据,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore CT imaging of deputy breast and provide necessary CT diagnosis and support for clinical surgery.Methods Deputy breast chest CT diagnosis adopt the chest axial CT scan,line scan observation.Results Have obvious deputy breast CT imaging of 112 cases,no obvious deputy breast CT shows a total of 8 cases.Conclusion CT is of great significance to the vice milk diagnosis,and can provide important basis for clinical operation range.
