摘要
目的:观察并研究褥疮的护理以及治疗方法。方法选择我院120例长期卧床患者为研究对象,给予褥疮预防护理服务,严密观察褥疮的发生情况。并对发生褥疮的4例患者进行冲洗、氧疗、外用药物等临床治疗。结果本组患者中,有4例患者发生了褥疮,在经过治疗后,病情得到了痊愈,未出现复发的情况。结论对长期卧床的患者进行规范、优质的护理,能有效降低发生褥疮的概率。在治疗褥疮的过程中,采用冲洗、氧疗、外用药物等方法,治疗效果显著,大大改善了患者的生活质量,值得推广和使用。
Objective Observing and studying the nursing and treatment of bedsore.Methods Choosing from 120 bedridden patients as the research object,give the bedsore prevention nursing services,closely observe the occur ence of bedsore.And clinical treatment of washing,oxygen therapy,topical drugs on 4 cases of patients with bedsore.Results In this group of patients,4 patients had the bedsore,after treatment,the il ness has been cured,no recur ence of the situation.Conclusion For long-term bedridden patients'specifications,high quality of nursing care,can ef ectively reduce the incidence of bedsore.In the treatment of pressure ulcers in the process,the methods of washing,oxygen therapy and drugs for external use only,the treatment ef ect is remarkable,greatly improved the quality of life of patients,worthy of promotion and use.
