髂动脉夹层并髂动静脉瘘诊疗探讨附1例报告

Iliac Artery Dissection with Iliac Arteriovenous Fistula:Report of 1 Cases

目的:探讨覆膜支架在髂动脉夹层并髂动静脉瘘治疗中的可行性及安全性。方法2013年6月1例髂动脉夹层并髂动静脉瘘患者的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果患者术后随访观察12个月。右侧髂总动脉夹层并动-静脉瘘,腔内支架隔绝术顺利有效。结论覆膜支架腔内隔绝术是一种微创、安全且高效的血管完整性修复方法。

Objective To investigate the covered stent in iliac artery dissection and iliac dynamic feasibility and safety in the treatment of venous fistula.Methods From 2013 June 1 cases of iliac artery dissection and iliac dynamic treatment in patients with venous fistula were retrospectively analyzed.Results After 12 months fol ow-up after operation.Right common iliac artery dissection aneurysm and arteriovenous fistula,endovascular exclusion of smooth and ef ective.Conclusion Endovascular graft exclusion is the integrity of blood vessels repair method is a minimal y invasive,safe and ef icient.
