无痛人流的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Painless Induced Abortion

目的:无痛人流术的临床护理。方法选取2012年4月1日~12月30日本院接收的实施无痛人流术患者522例的围手术期护理。结果麻醉效果满意,显效率100%,术中无下腹痛,无痛苦表情,无全身不良反应,术后轻微腹痛,术后30min后均缓解或无腹痛,无1例人流综合症发生,术中及术后子宫收缩良好。结论无痛人流术是一种操作简单、用时短、恢复快、应用安全、有效地人工流产术,良好的术后护理可以有效地减轻患者的心理负担。

Objective The clinical nursing of painless induced abortion.Methods From April 1,2012~2012 year in December 522 cases of painless induced abortion patients in 30 hospital in Japan received perioperative nursing.Results Satisfactory anesthesia,100%improved significantly,no abdominal pain,no pain,no systemic adverse reactions,slight postoperative pain,postoperative 30 minutes were relieved or no abdominal pain,no cases of abortion syndrome,intraoperative and postoperative uterine contraction is good.Conclusion Painless induced abortion is a kind of simple operation,short time,quick recovery,safe and ef ective artificial abortion,good postoperative nursing can ef ectively reduce the psychological burden of patients.
