痔疮术后尿潴留的原因及护理措施

Cause Analysis and Nursing Strategy of Urinary Retention after Hemorrhoid Operation

目的:探讨痔疮术后发生尿潴留的原因并提出护理措施。方法历史性回顾2014年1月~4月316例痔疮手术患者所有发生尿潴留的发病情况,总结其发病原因并提出护理措施。结果316例痔疮手术患者,发生尿潴留的有8例,发生率为2.5%。结论加强术前术后护理、心理护理、健康教育对减少术后尿潴留的发生有重要意义,及时发现并积极治疗痔疮术后尿潴留有利于患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the causes of urinary retention after hemor hoid operation and the nursing measures.Methods Review the history of the January to April 2014 316 cases of hemorrhoids surgery patient al the incidence of urinary retention,summarized its causes and to propose the nursing measures.Results 316 cases of hemor hoids surgery patients,the incidence of urinary retention in 8 cases,the incidence rate was 2.5%.Conclusion Strengthening the preoperative and postoperative nursing,psychological nursing and health education to reduce postoperative urine retention is important,timely detection of urinary retention and active treatment of hemor hoids postoperative is beneficial to the early rehabilitation of patients.
