摘要
目的:探讨重度颅脑损伤患者深静脉血栓的预防及护理。方法对106例重度颅脑损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结形成的预防和护理经验。结果及时有效的护理干预能预防重型颅脑损伤患者深静脉血栓的形成。结论及时评估患者发生DVT的危险因素,采取积极的护理措施可以有效防范DVT的形成。
Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing of deep vein thrombosis in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 106 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,summarized the prevention and nursing experience.Results The formation of nursing intervention in a timely and ef ective prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Conclusion Timely assessment of risk factors for the occur ence of DVT in patients and nursing measures can ef ectively prevent the active form of DVT.
