根管治疗后玻璃纤维桩使用适应症72例临床疗效观察

After Root Canal Treatment of Glass Fiber Post in the Indications for Use:Clinical Observation of 72 Cases

目的:讨论根管治疗后患者牙体内放置玻璃纤维桩对患者后期恢复影响。方法选取我院2009年3月~2012年3月间72例根管治疗患者,根据患者治疗后牙冠组织情况将其进行分组,两壁组、单壁组、无壁组,治疗后进行为期2年的随访,对其治疗效果进行观察。结果1组有桩患者治疗成功率为100%,无桩组成功率为91.7%,P>0.05认为比较无差异;2组有桩患者治疗成功率为91.7%,无桩组治疗成功率为73.3%,P>0.05认为比较无差异;3组有桩组治疗成功率为91.7%,无桩组治疗成功率为58.3%,P<0.05认为差异具有统计学意义。结论进行根管治疗的患者,若治疗后牙体组织少于两侧壁存时建议采用玻璃纤维桩树脂核进行修复。

Objective To discuss the root canal therapy in patients after teeth are placed in the glass fiber post on recovery of patients with late.Methods In our hospital in 2009 March^2012 March 72 cases of patients with root canal therapy,according to the crown tissues of patients after the packet,two wal group,single wal group,no Wal group after treatment,fol ow-up period of 2 years,and the therapeutic ef ects were observed.Results The 1 groups have a success rate of 100%patients for pile without pile group,the success rate was 91.7%,>0.05 that no dif erence between the 2 groups;the success rate was 91.7%in patients with treatment of pile without pile,the success rate of treatment group was 73.3%,>0.05 that no dif erence between the 3 groups;the success rate of pile group treatment was 91.7%,the successful rate of pile group without treatment was 58.3%,<0.05 considered statistical y significant.Conclusion The root canal therapy,if treated teeth less than two side wal s exist suggestions with glass fiber post and resin core repair.
