益气化痰活血汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:对益气化痰活血汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效进行研究评价。方法采用80例患有不稳定型心绞痛患者,单盲随机将患者分成对照组和治疗组,对照组给予阿托伐他汀药物治疗,治疗组给予益气化痰活血汤治疗,每组各40例。观察两组治疗前后检验指标、心电图以及临床症状,经医学统计学分析后,对两组患者的临床疗效进行系统评价。结果实验结果显示,在检验指标、心电图以及临床症状上,给药组较给药前均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),心绞痛症状、发作次数及持续时间均有效改善和降低。结论临床研究证明,益气化痰活血汤可以有效改善不稳定型心绞痛的症状,毒副作用小,具有良好的安全性,是行之有效的中药良方。

Objective Evaluation of the clinical curative ef ect of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods Accroding the 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris,a single blind randomized patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given atorvastatin therapy,the treatment group were given Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction,in each group has 40 patients.Two groups were observed before and after treatment of test index,electrocardiogram and clinlcal symptom,after the medical statistics analysis to evaluate the clinical ef icacy of two groups of patients.Results The results show,the drug group was administered before there were significant dif erences(<0.05),the treatment group was bet er than control group(<0.05),symptoms of angina pectoris,seizure frequency and duration are ef ectively improved and reduce.Conclusion The studies show Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can ef ectively improve the unstable angina pectoris,lit le side ef ects,has good safety,is useful in chinese tradional medicine.
