舒适护理运用于手术室护理的效果观察

Observation of Comfortable Nursing in Operation Room Nursing Effect

目的:观察舒适护理运用于手术室护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的择期手术患者100例,按照数字随机法将手术患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上,采取舒适护理,比较两组运用于手术室护理中的应用效果。结果观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压、焦虑情况均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论择期手术患者在围手术期会承受很大的心理压力,舒适护理可以有效改善患者的生命体征及焦虑情况,减少并发症的发生,提高患者护理服务满意度。

Objective The clinical ef ect of comfortable nursing in operation room.Methods 100 patients that was undergoing selective operation in our hospital were selected according to the cases,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group were taken comfort care,compared two groups used in the application ef ect of nursing in operation room.Results The heart rate,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,anxiety of the observation group were lower than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was higher than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05).Conclusion Patients that undergoing elective operation were under great psychological pressure in peri operation period,the comfortable nursing care could ef ectively improve the life signs and anxiety of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction with nursing service.
