羧甲基壳聚糖口腔膜剂的制备及质量控制

Preparation and Quality Control of Carboxymethyl Chitosan Buccal Film

目的:研究羧甲基壳聚糖口腔膜剂的制备和含量测定。方法采用壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖为成膜材料,对主药成分进行定性分析,采用紫外分光光度法对奥硝唑进行定量分析。结果制备的膜剂成膜好,用紫外分光光度法能很好地测定奥硝唑含量。结论该膜制备工艺简单,含量测定快速、简便,质量易控制。

Objective To introduce the preparation and quality control methods of the carboxymethyl chitosan buccal film.Methods The oral film was prepared with chitosan and carboxymethyl chitosan,The content of the ornidazole in the sample was determined by UV spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 319nm.Results The appearance of the film is good,the content and the content uniformity of the ornidazole in the samples fulfil the quality requirements.Conclusion The preparation of carboxymethyl chitosan buccal film is simple and convenient.The quality control methods of the membrane are quick,accurate and credible.
