骨保护素在骨修复中应用的研究进展

摘要 骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)又称护骨素,是一种新发现的由成骨细胞分泌的糖蛋白,属于缺乏跨膜结构Ⅱ的肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族(TNF receptor)成员,主要通过与核因子资B受体活化因子配体(receptor activator for nuclear factor原资B ligand,砸ANKL)结合竞争性抑制核因子资B受体活化因子(receptor activator for nuclear factor原资B,砸ANK)与砸ANKL的结合,抑制破骨细胞基因的转录、分化、活化成熟及诱导破骨细胞的凋亡,从而促进骨的形成,抑制骨的吸收,对骨组织损伤的修复有重要作用。本综述就骨保护素在骨修复过程中的应用做一阐述。
