丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效分析

Analysis of Tanshinone IIA Sodium Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法先取我院60例急性脑梗死患者,随机分成两组,治疗组采用丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液(10 mg)50 mg静滴1次/d,疗程14 d。对照组采用西医常规方法。比较两组差异。结果两组治疗前后自身比较,差异有显著性(<0.01),两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分比较,治疗组比对照组有显著下降(<0.01),丹参酮组总有效率达83.2%对照组为65.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论经过试验发现丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液安全、可靠、无明显不良反应,具有进一步的研究价值和广阔的应用前景。

Objective To observe the clinical curative ef ect of tanshinone IIA sodium injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Take 60 cases in our hospital in patients with acute cerebral infarction,were divided into 2 groups,treatment group with injection of sodium tanshinone IIA(10mg)50mg intravenously 1 time/day,14 day course of treatment.The control group were treated with routine method.Dif erences between the two groups.Results The two groups before and after the treatment itself,there was a significant dif erence(<0.01),comparing the neural function defect score after treatment in two groups,the treatment group decreased significantly than the control group(<0.01),tanshinone group,the total ef ective rate was 83.2%and 65.3%in the control group,there was significant dif erence between two groups.Conclusion Ater tests found that tanshinone IIA sulfonic acid sodium for injection is safe and reliable,no significant adverse reactions,is of value for further study and application prospect.
