定期电话随访对2型糖尿病患者实施院外护理干预的效果评价

Evaluation of Regular Telephone Follow-up Nursing on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Intervention

目的:评价对糖尿病患者实施院外护理干预的效果。方法随机选取我院内分泌科出院2型糖尿病患者100例,按其住院号单双号随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,电话随访并统计评价。结果观察组血糖低于对照组。观察组患者自我管理水平高于对照组。结论电话随访作为一种方便快捷的院外干预措施,可以有效提高患者自我护理能力及生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the implementation of nursing intervention on patients with diabetes ef ect.Methods Randomly selected 100 patients left hospital department of endocrinology in our hospital in patients with type 2 diabetes,according to its were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group,telephone follow-up and statistical evaluation.Results In the observation group,the blood glucose was lower than the control group.To observe the level of self management group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The telephone fol ow-up as a convenient outside intervention measures,can ef ectively improve the self nursing ability of patients and quality of life.
