胃癌术后早期肠内营养的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of Early Enteral Nutrition after Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持的临床疗效和护理方法。方法对我院2012年9月~2013年9月40例行胃癌手术的患者的临床病例资料进行回顾性分析,并探讨胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持的临床疗效和护理方法。结果采取肠内营养支持治疗7d后患者前白蛋白、转铁蛋白以及卡氏行为状态均明显高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者血清白蛋白、体重以及体质指数(BMI)比术前所有提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对胃癌术后患者采取肠内营养支持治疗和护理能加速患者组织修复和伤口愈合,促进患者机体得到恢复。因此该方法值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect and nursing methods of early enteral nutrition support in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of gastric cancer patients during operation in our hospital from 2012 September to 2013 September were retrospectively analyzed,and to explore the clinical effect and nursing methods of early enteral nutrition support in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Results Take the enteral nutrition support of patients with pre albumin,transferrin and card's behavior after 7d treatment were significantly higher than the preoperative state,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05),serum albumin,body weight and body mass index(BMI)than the preoperative all increase,but the difference was not statistically significant(>0.05).Conclusion On postoperative gastric cancer patients to take the treatment of enteral nutrition support and nursing can make the gastrointestinal function in patients with accelerated tissue repair and wound healing.Promote the body to recover,so this method is worth in clinical application.
