乳腺癌即刻乳房重建的临床探究

Clinical Experience in Breast Reconstruction Following Breast Cancer

目的:探讨乳腺癌切除后即刻乳房重建的临床意义,观察效果,总结体会。方法分析本院101例乳腺癌术后即刻再造的并发症。结果术后1~5年随访101例患者,12例出现术后并发症,并发症发生率为11.8%。结论乳腺癌切除后即刻乳房重建的并发率不高,值得患者权衡各种术式,选择合适的安全治疗方案。

Objective To study the clinical significance of immediate breast reconstruction after resection of breast cancer,to observe the ef ect and experience summary.Methods Analysis of 101 cases of postoperative complications of immediate reconstruction of breast cancer.Results Postoperative 1~5 years of fol ow-up,101 patients,12 cases with postoperative complications,the incidence of complications was 21.78%.Conclusion The immediate breast reconstruction after breast cancer resection concurrent rate is not higher,is weighing the pros and cons of various surgical patients,select the appropriate safety treatment.
