高血压治疗过程中综合护理干预的疗效研究

The Research on Curative Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention During the Cure of Hypertension

目的:探讨在高血压病治疗过程中运用综合的护理干预措施能否提高患者血压稳定率和降低心脑血管意外并发症的发生率。方法随机选取高血压病患者200例,随机分为实验组100例和对照组100例,实验组在住院过程中和出院随访过程中进行综合护理,对照组只在住院期间做常规护理。统计两组患者血压稳定率和心脑血管意外并发症发生率。结果实验组血压稳定率70%,对照组血压稳定率39%,实验组心脑血管意外并发症发生率为3%,对照组心脑血管意外并发症发生率为10%。实验组与对照组比较,血压稳定率显著升高,心脑血管意外并发症发生率显著降低,差异有显著性,<0.05。结论在高血压病治疗过程中运用综合的护理干预措施能够提高患者血压稳定率和降低心脑血管意外并发症的发生率。

Objective To discuss whether the comprehensive nursing intervention during the cure of hypertension can improve the stability of blood pressure and can decrease the rate of accident complication in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.Methods Chose 200 patients with hypertension,which were divided into research group and compare group with 100 cases each randomly.Gave research group comprehensive nursing in hospital and fol ow-up visit,while gave compare group routine nursing.Sum up the rate of accident complication in cardiovascular and cerbrovascular.Results The stability of blood pressure reached 70%in research group while it was 39%in compare group;the rate of accident complication in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular was 3%which it was 10%in compare group.Comparing the two groups,the stability of blood pressure increased obviously,while the rate of accident complication in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular decreased obviously.The difference was significance,<0.05.Conclusion Having comprehensive nursing intervention during the cure of hypertension can improve the stability of blood pressure and decrease the rate of accident complication in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.
