输卵管阻塞介入再通术治疗阻塞性不孕的临床研究

Clinical Analysis of Tubal Obstruction Interventional Recanalization Infertility Treatment

目的:对我院48例阻塞性不孕患者实施输卵管阻塞介入再通术,报道其治疗效果。方法妇科2011年3月~2012年3月输卵管阻塞性不孕症病例48例于月经干净后2~6 d给予输卵管阻塞介入再通术治疗,观察治疗效果及患者受孕情况。结果48例患者插管成功47例,成功率97.9%。输卵管再通术成功38例,成功率79.2%,包括完全阻塞8例,不完全阻塞30例。38例再通成功病例随访2年受孕率68.4%,异位妊娠率5.3%,其中不完全阻塞患者再通后受孕率66.7%显著高于完全阻塞患者25%(<0.05),两类患者的异位妊娠率比较无统计学差异(>0.05)。结论输卵管阻塞介入再通术治疗阻塞性不孕具有较高的介入成功率和再通成功率,患者术后受孕率较高,其中不完全阻塞患者的术后受孕率更高。

Objective To a total of 48 patients with obstructive infertility fal opian tube obstruction interventional recanalization,reported its therapeutic ef ect.Methods gynecological between March 2011 to March 2011 fal opian tube obstructive infertility cases in 48 cases of menstrual clean 2~6 d give tubal obstruction after interventional recanalization treatment,patients to observe the treatment effect and fertility condition.Results 48 cases intubation 47 cases of success,success rate of 97.9%.38 cases fallopian tube recanalization success,success rate 79.2%,including block 8 cases,completely not completely block the 30 cases.38 cases of successful recanalization rate of 68.4%cases were followed up for 2 years,ectopic pregnancy rate was 5.3%,which is not completely blocked after recanalization rate of 66.7%is significantly higher than in patients with complete obstruction in patients with 25%(<0.05),two types of ectopic pregnancy rate in patients with no statistical dif erence(>0.05).Conclusion Fal opian tube obstruction interventional recanalization treatment for obstructive infertility has high success rate of intervention and success rate of recanalization,patients with postoperative conception rate is higher,the incomplete obstruction in patients with postoperative conception rate is higher.
