呼吸道病毒感染与婴幼儿喘息发作的临床研究

Clinical Study of Respiratory Virus Infection and Infantile Wheeze

目的:了解国内婴幼儿呼吸道病毒感染及婴幼儿喘息发作的相关性。方法采用直接免疫荧光法对574例呼吸道感染患儿进行5种病毒抗原进行检测,将患儿分为合并喘息组和无喘息组,并使用SPSS 11.5进行统计分析。结果 PFLU,RSV,ADV三种病毒阳性检出率在两组患者中有显著差异,x2值分别为9.9478,9.7793,10.8770,P<0.005。结论 PFLU,RSV,ADV三种病毒感染与呼吸道感染患儿合并喘息相关。

Objective Understand the relationship between the respiratory tract infection and wheezing in infancy.Methods Separate 574 infants with respiratory tract infection in combined wheezing and no-wheezing groups,test five viral antigens by direct immumofluorescence method and analysis the data with SPSS 11.5.Results The positive rate of three virus,PFLU,RSV,ADV are obviously dif erence in two groups,The x2 are 9.9478,9.7793,10.8770 separately,the numbers of P are al below 0.005.Conclusion There are some relationship between the PFLU,RSV,ADV virus infections and respiratory tract infection combined wheezing in infancy.
