微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛并发症的预防

Prevention of Microvascular Decompression in the Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia Complications

目的:探讨三叉神经痛微血管减压术后并发症预防。方法回顾性分析29例应用微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床资料。结果29例在三叉神经根部或远端均见压痕或接触点。并发症:5例出现口角或(及)唇缘疱疹;2例患侧听力下降;5例患侧出现面部麻木,除1例随访1.5年仍有麻木;1例出现小脑血肿,予以再次开颅血肿清除;经积极治疗后均治愈出院。结论充分的掌握并发症的机理,并能做到预防和及时的处理,提高了手术的安全性。

Objective To study the microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia complications prevention.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 29 cases of microvascular decompression for primary trigeminal neuralgia.Results The 29 cases in the trigeminal nerve roots or distal were indentation or contact point.5 cases of occurrence quarrel or(and)lip herpes;2 cases of ipsilateral hearing loss;5 cases of ipsilateral facial numbness occurred,except 1 cases fol ow-up is stil numb 1.5 years;1 cases of cerebel ar hematoma,to give a second craniotomy hematoma removal;after active treatment were cured.Conclusion The complications of mechanism ful y,and can achieve the prevention and timely treatment,improves the safety of operation.
