长圆针治疗膝关节炎260例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 260 Cases of Long Round Needle for Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee

目的:观察长圆针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效,以探讨治疗该病的最佳方法。方法常规做局部大范围消毒用无菌单覆盖露出病灶点,用0.5%利多卡因注射病灶点处,1~2 mL局麻,用无菌长圆针锐锋端刺到结筋病灶点上,先在结筋点表皮行关刺即直刺至结筋病灶点表层,左右刮拨,在深入其旁行恢刺即直刺肌腱旁侧结筋病灶点黏连组织中,直至深面,用针尖向上举针,挑拨结筋病灶点周边黏连。出针后用无菌干棉球在手术部位按压1 min,并用创可贴覆盖保护针孔2 d。1次为1个疗程,1次/w,共3次。结果治愈占94.6%,好转14例,占5.4%。总有效率100%。结论长圆针治疗膝关节炎疼痛疗效明显,对解除疼痛和改善生活质量方面疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative ef ect of long needle in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,to explore the best treatment for the disease.Methods conventional local large-scale disinfection with sterile single cover the exposed focus,with 0.5%lidocaine injection focal point,1~2ml local anesthesia,thorn to rib focus with sterile long round needle Ruifeng end,first in the rib line of thorns pierce point skin namely to rib lesions of left and right surface,scraping,the next line is perpendicular needling tendon lateral rib tumor adhesion tissue,until the dark side,with the tip up needle,provoke rib peripheral synechia focus.The needle with dry sterile cotton bal in the operation position press 1 minutes,and with a cover hole 2 days.1 to 1 courses,1 times per week,a total of 3 times.Results The cure 94.6%,improve 14,accounted for 5.4%.The total ef iciency of 100%.Conclusion Long round needle curative ef ect in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee pain obviously,has an obvious ef ect on relieving pain and improving the quality of life.
