浅谈中医治疗复发性口腔溃疡

复发性口腔溃疡是临床常见的口腔粘膜疾病,其病因复杂,目前尚无特效药物,远期疗效不够理想。中医采用中药治疗,耳穴放血治疗,主穴选耳尖,辅穴选口、舌、心。外用药,穴位敷贴疗法。中医药对本病的治疗显示出一定的优势,并向多元化发展。中医治疗关键在辨证论治。本病多有复发性,治疗方法也多种多样。中医药治疗复发性口腔溃疡取得疗效,充分体现了祖国医学的丰富多彩。但对本病的病因认识、证型分类、观察方法及诊断标准方面还不规范、统一,有待进一步研究探讨。
