中药熏洗防治新兵胫骨应力性骨折效果观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treatment Recruit Tibial Should Observe the Effect of Stress Fracture

目的:中药熏洗防治新兵胫骨应力性骨折效果观察。方法某部2013年度参训新兵900人,将参训新兵随机分为对照、热水熏洗、中药熏洗3个组,每组300人。各组均按大纲训练,运动量一致。中药熏洗组除按纲施训外,采用松肌汤熏洗预防肌肉疲劳。热水熏洗组按纲施训外,用热水熏洗预防代替药液。结果对照组27例骨折,发生率9.0%;热水熏洗组18例骨折,发生率6.0%;中药熏洗12例骨折,发生率4.0%。表明中药熏洗和热水熏洗均有预防胫骨SF的效果,但是中药熏洗预防效果更优。结论中药熏洗方法简便,鲜松叶取材方便,资源丰富,是基层部队实用有效的预防措施。

Objective Herbal fumigation treatment of recruit tibial stress fracture should ef ect.Methods A 2013 year training recruits 900 people,wil be the new recruits were randomly divided into control,hot fumigation,fumigation of Chinese medicine in 3 groups,each group of 300 people.Each group according to the outline of training,exercise consistent.The SKXXF group in addition to the class training,the muscle loosing Decoction fumigation prevent muscle fatigue.Hot water washing group in class training,with hot water washing to prevent instead of liquid.Results 27 cases in the control group the incidence of fractures,9%;hot fumigation group fractures in 18 cases,the incidence of 6%;Herbal Fumigation fracture in 12 cases,the incidence was 4%.Show that Chinese medicine fumigation and hot water washing could prevent tibial SF ef ect,but the Chinese herb fumigation prevention is better.Conclusion Chinese herb fumigation method is simple,fresh pine convenient,rich in resources,is the basic force of practical and ef ective preventive measures.
