剖宫产后再次妊娠流产方式的探讨

Study of Pregnancy after Cesarean Section Abortion

目的:探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠人工流产的危险性和临床治疗方法的选择及效果。方法对剖宫产术后再次妊娠94例患者在静脉麻醉下实行负压吸引术,采用超导无痛可视人流术,通过比较,观察流产的结果、疼痛程度、宫颈松弛情况、手术时间和术中出血量及相关并发症。结果人工流产完成较为满意,无1例发生子宫穿孔及漏吸,人流不全3例,术中出血较多有3例,1例合并畸形住院在宫腔镜下手术治愈出院。结论剖宫产术后因子宫的变化增加了人流手术的操作难度,尤其是剖宫产术后子宫疤痕处妊娠(CSP)是罕见而危险的妊娠类型,因此应早期诊断,并选择超导无痛可视人流下诊断CSP,避免盲目吸宫造成大出血。

Objective To explore the choice and ef ect of risk and methods of clinical treatment of pregnancy abortion after cesarean section.Methods After cesarean section in 94 cases in intravenous anesthesia under vacuum aspiration,using superconducting painless visual flow operation,by comparison,the amount of bleeding and related complications were observed in the degree of pain,abortion,the cervix relaxing,operation time and intraoperative.Results Abortion complete satisfactory in 1 cases,no uterine perforation and drain suction,incomplete abortion 3 cases,more hemorrhage in 3 cases,and one case with abnormal hospital cure operation under hysteroscope discharge.Conclusion The changes of cesarean section due to uterine abortion operation increases the operation dif iculty,especial y the uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section(CSP)is a rare type of pregnancy and dangerous,so it should be early diagnosis,and select the superconducting painless visual flow diagnostic CSP,avoid blind aspiration of uterus bleeding.
