Nursing Care of Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Operation

目的:探讨非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术的手术配合。方法将2012年1月~2013年12月32例实施了OPCAB冠心病患者进行回顾性分析,术中应用心脏表面固定器,鈍头针临时阻断使局部心脏处于相对静止和冠状动脉处于无血状态,利于血管吻合。结果32例搭桥术均获成功,无1例死亡。结论手术护士做好充分的术前准备,熟悉手术步骤,配合技术娴熟,熟练掌握OPCAB手术专用器械的性能、用途及使用方法,熟悉解剖和吻合时的操作程序,主动、及时、准确的传递器械,有效的缩短手术时间,提高手术的成功率。

Objective To explore the cooperation in off-pump coronary artery bypass operation.Methods From 2012 January to 2013 December,32 cases of the implementation of OPCAB in patients with coronary heart disease were retrospectively analyzed,application of fixed surface in cardiac surgery,blunt tip needle temporary blocking local of the heart in a relatively static and coronary artery in the state of no blood,in favor of vascular anastomosis.Results 32 cases of coronary bypass surgery were successful,with no death.Conclusion The operation nurses make ful preoperative preparation,familiar with the operation steps,with skil ed,skil ed performance,use and operation method of device specific OPCAB operation,familiar with anatomy and anastomosis operation procedure,pass the instrument active,timely,accurately,ef ectively shorten the operation time,improve the success rate of operation.
