目的:为了减少血液透析室医院感染并发症,提高医院血液透析质量,更好地服务于患者。方法科室自查与医院感染科不定期抽查相结合,通过各种监测查出不足,找出原因并进行整改和总结。结果制定血透室监控对策,使各项监控指标均在正常范围内。结论只有加强对医院感染工作重要性的认识,才能抓好有关医院感染的各项工作,从而降低血透室的感染率,保证患者的安全,提高医疗质量。

Objective To reduce the complication of hemodialysis room hospital infection,improve the quality of hemodialysis,to better serve patients.Methods The Department of infectious diseases hospital self-examination and irregular random combination,through a variety of monitoring found problems,find out the reason and rectification and summary.Results The development of the hemodialysis room monitoring measures,so that the monitoring indices were within the normal range.Conclusion Only by strengthening the awareness of the importance of nosocomial infection,to grasp the work of hospital infection in hemodialysis room,so as to reduce the infection rate,ensure the safety of patients,improve the quality of medical care.
