拔火罐疗法治疗168例小儿肺炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Cupping Therapy in the Treatment of 168 Cases of Pneumonia in Children

目的:观察拔火罐疗法治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用回顾性对照研究的方法。168例小儿肺炎患儿随机分成两组,治疗组:在常规治疗的基础上,对168例小儿肺炎患儿加用背部拔火罐治疗,1次/d,连续3~5d。比较两组患儿症状及体征消失的时间。结果治疗组咳嗽、气喘、啰音消失时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。联用治疗组总有效率为92.8豫,基础治疗组总有效率为80.1豫,两组比较差异有统计学上意义(P<0.01)。结论拔火罐治疗小儿肺炎,效果显著,疗程缩短,安全。

Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy and safety of cupping therapy in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods A retrospective case-control study.168 cases of children with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group:on the basis of conventional therapy,168 cases of pneumonia in children with back cupping therapy,once a day,continuous 3~5 days.Comparison of two groups of children with symptoms and signs disappeared time.Results In treatment group,cough,asthma,rales disappearance time was significantly shorter than the control group(<0.01).Combined with the total ef ective rate of treatment group 92.8%,treatment group total ef ectiveness is 80.1%,there was a statistical y significant dif erence between the two groups(<0.01).Conclusion Cupping therapy in children with pneumonia,obvious ef ect,shorten the course of treatment,safety.
