米力农治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Milrinone in Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的:为了解米力农对慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者的临床疗效。方法选择慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者180例,随机分为治疗组90例和对照组90例。对照组予患者基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上予加用米力农治疗。结果治疗组总有效率达95.5%,对照组总有效率,总有效率80%,存在显著差异(<0.05)。结论提示米力农治疗肺心病心衰效果显著,不良反应少,是一种疗效迅速、效果较好的理想的强心药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of milrinone on heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients.Methods The chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure patients with 180 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group 90 cases and control group of 90 cases.Control group patients in treatment group were treated with basic treatment,added with milrinone treatment in foundation treatment.Results The ef ective rate of treatment group was 95.5%,total effective rate of the control group,the total ef iciency of 80%,there were significant differences(<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pulmonary heart disease and heart failure ef ect,less adverse reaction,is the strong heart drug a rapid ef ect,good ideal.
